Joshua Kirrinkol Memorial Fund Launched

To honor the life of Joshua Kirrinkol, beloved board member of the African Conservation Centre U.S. and a passionate advocate for Maasai cultural heritage, improved Maasai livelihoods and wildlife conservation in Kenya, we have established a permanent memorial fund. This fund will support an education and outreach program at the new Noonkotiak Community Resource Centre near Josh’s Kenyan home just outside of Amboseli National Park. This is a new community centre that was launched by African Conservation Centre (ACC) on March 18, 2016.  It will serve as a research and information sharing hub, as an empowerment centre for women and as a research focal point for the entire Amboseli ecosystem.
